MSMHS has a full time registered nurse who is at the school on Monday through Friday during school hours. On  Thursdays and Fridays  during school hours we have a School-Based Health Center staffed by a Nurse Practitioner and a Medical Assistant. School-based health services provide medical, behavioral health, and dental services to students who have enrolled in the program. Please click here for more information and to enroll in the SBHC. All students enrolled in the school-based health services program are eligible to receive services regardless of insurance status.

All medications - over-the-counter as well as prescription - require a permission form signed by the parent/guardian and the physician. Forms are available below.
